 Conditions 

In addition to the rental price, you will be billed the charges detailed below :

  • Electricity on the basis of € 0,20 per kW/h
  • Water based on € 3,00 per m3
  • The local tourist tax of € per adult.

Each additional person compared to the established contract, will be subject to additional charges. The owner reserves the right to refuse to exceed the planned number.

A security deposit of € 200,00 will be requested upon arrival in addition to the balance. This deposit will be returned to you on your departure or within 8 days, less the charges described above as well as any damage or the cost of restoring the premises. The household must be provided by the tenant.

 Modalités 

This rental will take effect, if I receive at my address before

  • A copy of thisdated and signed contract from the tenant.
  • The deposit of € (25%) to be paid as follows :
    • For abroad, only by bank transfer
    • For France, by bank transfer, by bank or postal check at the following coordinates :

A copy of the contract will then be returned to you signed by me, the owner, with the access plan on request.

Beyond this date, this rental proposal will be canceled and I can dispose of it at my convenience.

Attention : Make sure that your main home insurance contract provides for the vacation extension (vacation rental). The tenant is required to insure the premises entrusted to him or rented.
